Bottles

All our products 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1lt. , namely the Malacontas angularity Gourmet Exceptionally Virgin Olive Oil, the Kamari oval shape Gourmet Exceptionally Virgin Olive Oil and lastly the Fylla square Gourmet Exceptionally Virgin Olive Oil are harvested in the traditional method, specifically hand-picked. The olives are milled strictly within four (4) hours, from the time of harvesting, achieving 0,3% acidity. The olive oil is produced with the cold extraction method (‹27 degrees Celsius).

The olive oil is further stored in a cool, dark state inside a state-of-the-art stainless steel container. We implement constant temperature control by the specialized cool-heat unit attached to the containers.

The taste and aromas are a blend of the Koroneiki with rich aromatic character pungent attributes of medium intensity.

Its aromatic profile is described as ‘Fresh green with distinctive notes of green olive leaves, rich and powerful with a pleasant overall sensation’.

The organoleptic assessment shows that KARVELAS OLIVE OIL is a blended exceptionally virgin olive oil with well-balanced harmony in its robust olive flavor.
